Fall 2025 Instructor Training in Ohio
Join us in Ohio for onsite Instructor Certification during the months of November and December. Training cities and dates include:
❑ Cincinnati - Wednesday & Thursday, November 19-20, 2025, 9:00am-5:00pm
(Registration deadline: November 10, 2025)
❑ Cleveland - Monday & Tuesday, November 24-25, 2025 – 9:00am-5:00pm
(Registration deadline: November 10, 2025)
❑ Columbus - Monday & Tuesday, December 1-2, 2025 – 9:00am-5:00pm
(Registration Deadline: November 17, 2025)
Training Fee: $800 (includes light breakfast and lunch)
Training fee is due with registration. Once payment is received, participant will receive a confirmation email, additional training instructions, and location address of training.
Agency Licensing Fee - $700 - Organizations new to Ready To Rent must complete and sign an Agency Licensing Agreement and pay a one-time fee.

...With Certified Instructors
In order to teach the Ready to Rent curriculum, instructor certification is required.
Agency instructors must complete the Instructor Certification Training prior to teaching any part of the curriculum. Certified Instructors may include staff, volunteers, board members, etc. All instructors receive on-going technical assistance via phone, e-mail or webinar.
Three, 3-hour online training sessions and a supplemental assignment are required for certification. Instructors receive access to teaching materials via the Ready To Rent Curriculum Cloud and a Ready to Rent Instructor Training Manual that includes:
- Housing Readiness Training Manual (guide to teaching housing readiness)
- Instructor Training Guide (step-by-step guide on how to teach the Action Kit)
- Standard Ready to Rent Action Kit (participant workbook)
- Adapted Ready to Rent Action Kit (participant workbook)
- Forms
